我办到了~~


自从知道Cross Cultural Psychology有PotLuck后,
就跑去跟老妈学习怎样炒糟菜粉干..

毕竟我还不知道到底这里哪里有卖福州食物..
然后,
跟老妈学了之后..
也没有去练习过..

昨天乘机去试了一下..
成果:
看起来,
还算ok啦~

但是呢..
有点干..
而且我还忘了放盐..
只有酱青..

还有啊..
一开始我忘了炒肉..
等等,等等..
不少的错误..
><"

所幸的是,
我的食物不是难以下咽..
只是比较淡罢了~

所以,
我还是算办到了..

Kuching's 糟菜粉干 is white colour 1 ler...

and ours called 糟菜米粉。。
usually got soup 1.. not dry~

i prefer soup 1 lor~
its one of my favourite foochow's food~
hahaha...
my mum cooked the dried 1 b4..but my dad, sis and bro dont like that much compare to me~

in fact i quite like the one soup one oso..
but then due to the procedure problem..
i choose the fried one~
